01 Does this bulb require an Intekit Plus Controller?
Yes. The Intekit Plus Pool Bulb is not a standalone Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or Zigbee bulb. It must be used with a compatible 120 Volt Intekit Plus Knob or Touch Controller.
The controller is sold separately unless the selected product package specifically states that it is included.
02 How do I know whether the bulb will fit my fixture?
Verify all three requirements before ordering:
- The fixture operates at 120 Volt AC
- The fixture uses an E26 Medium Base socket
- The fixture has enough usable interior space

03 Can I install this bulb in a 12 Volt fixture?
No. This product is designed for 120 Volt AC only. Do not connect it to a 12 Volt transformer, fixture or lighting circuit.
The bulb and controller voltage must match the fixture and electrical circuit.
04 Can one controller operate multiple Intekit Plus lights?
Yes. One compatible Intekit Plus Controller can operate multiple compatible lights when they are properly installed on the same designated controlled circuit.
All connected products must be voltage-matched. Do not mix 12 Volt and 120 Volt products, and do not combine lights from separate controlled circuits.
05 Can Pool Bulbs and Spa Bulbs work in the same system?
Compatible Intekit Plus Pool and Spa lighting products may work together when they use the same required voltage and are correctly connected to the same compatible controlled circuit.
Always verify the voltage, fixture compatibility and system configuration before installation.
06 Does the underwater bulb connect directly to Wi-Fi?
No. The bulb does not require its own direct Wi-Fi connection. App, remote and compatible voice-control commands are received and processed by the Intekit Plus Controller.
The controller then communicates with compatible lighting through the connected electrical system.
07 What should I do if there is water inside the fixture?
Do not install or energize the new bulb. Water inside the fixture may indicate a failed gasket, damaged lens, loose clamp, cable problem or damaged housing.
Have the fixture inspected and repaired by a qualified pool or electrical professional before installing the replacement bulb. The bulb itself does not repair or waterproof a leaking fixture.
08 What is included in the package?
The package contains:

The pool light fixture, controller, remote, fixture gasket, lens, clamp, wiring and installation labor are not included.
09 What does the one-year warranty cover?
The one-year limited warranty covers eligible product defects under the applicable warranty terms.
Damage or failure caused by fixture leakage, water intrusion, incorrect voltage, improper installation, misuse or an incompatible fixture is not covered.
10 How long does delivery take?
